"Five Ancestor Boxing"
Ngo Cho Kun ("Wuzuquan" in Mandarin) is a martial art popularized in the Fujian province of Southern China. Formulated in the late 1800s, Ngo Cho Kun is a synthesis of five arts:
- 太祖 - Taizu (Grand Ancestor)
- 羅漢 - Luohan
- 達尊 - Damo (Bodhidharma)
- 大聖 - Monkey
- 白鶴 - White Crane
